We are a family-run consultancy founded by Victoria Gomez. Born in France but raised in South America by UN-working parents, Victoria is a trained professional armed with a BES, a PGCert, and a MSc in Forest and Nature Conservation.
Victoria’s family legacy includes a professional career spanning over 45-years director-level experience in coordinating humanitarian efforts across all continents, leading gender trainings to health professionals across the globe, and developing award-winning projects to propel local, sustainable food systems in world-renown capitals.
We use our vast range of knowledge, contacts, networks, and expertise in various topics from nature conservation to crisis mitigation during natural disasters and gender trainings in critical situations.

Meet Anne-Cecile Robin and Gerard Gomez, our directors of humanities and gender, who are overseeing the trainings and resources we provide at CGC in addition to the sustainability consultancy services. Director of Gender
Born in France in 1966, is a seasoned humanitarian consultant with over 20 years of experience in gender-based violence (GBV) and emergency response. Fluent in French, Spanish, and proficient in English, she has worked across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa.
Currently, Anne-Cécile is a GBV and Violence Against Women (VAW) consultant for the World Health Organization (WHO), where she develops communication products, manages global repositories, and drafts strategic plans for GBV in Emergency programs. Her previous roles include conducting qualitative studies on HIV and social protection in Haiti for the WFP and supporting GBViE health responses in the Sahel Command Center for WHO AFRO Region.
She holds a Master’s in Gender, Society, and Politics from FLACSO, Argentina, and has led numerous training initiatives for health professionals and humanitarian workers on GBV response.
With extensive field experience and a strong academic background, Anne-Cécile excels in inter-agency coordination, project management, and fundraising, having worked with UNFPA, MSF, WFP, and WHO. Her dedication and expertise make her a crucial asset in humanitarian aid, fostering resilience and empowerment among vulnerable communities

Director of HumanitiesBorn in France in 1959, Gerard has a Bachelor’s in Logistics Organization and studied Anthropology in Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
With over 35 years of experience in emergency preparedness, humanitarian coordination, and crisis management, Gerard has led more than 30 emergency response missions for armed conflicts and natural disasters.
From 1989 to 2002, he worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in regions like El Salvador, Mozambique, Southern Sudan, Chechnya, Haiti, and Sri Lanka. From 2002 to 2022, he served in various roles with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), including Regional Director for Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Pacific, and Country Director in Colombia and Burundi. In 2021, he was Deputy Head of Office for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Colombia, addressing the Venezuelan migratory crisis.
Gerard is now retired from the United Nations.
